In April of 2008, I participated in Solo Photo Book Month (SoFoBoMo). The idea is similar to NaNoWriMo and NaSoAlMo - you have one month to take pictures and make them into a book.
I chose as my subject the coming of spring to Central Texas. I took pictures after work and on weekends, in parks, on roadsides and in my back yard, always trying to capture the feeling of those heady weeks when everything is coming out alive after the winter.
With only a week to shoot, edit and produce a book, this is more like a first draft than a completed book. I'm proud of it, all the same.
Instructions to download pdf
Go to the 'Project PDF' section. There should be a link (in blue) something like Book_Name.pdf.
You can just click on it, or you can "download" it. There is a big difference.
If you click, the PDF will probably open inside your browser window
To download, right-click (Ctrl click on a mac) on the PDF link and choose "Save as . . ." from the list of options. Navigate to the location where you want to store the file and save it there. Open the PDF from your storage location.
